About the event

Meditation and Mindfulness 101: Benefits, Techniques and a Beginners ‘How To.’

Learn the science behind some of the many benefits of practicing meditation and get started on a daily practice. Why should I meditate? How do I get started? How does it feel? What can I expect when I start to meditate? Beginners to Inetrmediate.

It takes time, patience and guidance, but the benefits to both mind and body, are incredible. Come and experience a few basic and easy techniques to get you started.
